When should I start brushing my child's teeth?

Updated: Oct 1, 2018

Plaque starts to grow on teeth as soon as they appear.

So the simple answer is start brushing your child's teeth as soon as they appear.

Starting a child's dental hygiene from the earliest time is a great lifelong lesson.

Be sure to use a super soft brush and they will put it in their mouth without much prompting.

Being a role model for your children is the best way to get them started into good dental habits.

We are Lismore Dentist / Goonellabah based Dentists who are very child-friendly.
