In the beginning...God created heavan and the earth and the earth was without form and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep and the spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters and God said "Let there be light" and there was light and God saw the light and that it was good and God divided the light from the darkness and God called the light day...
In the winter of 2003, I threw a party with some artist friends. Kim I met (at a dentist party, of all things), about 3 years before this. We talked about art and that's where our friendship began. She became my dentist.
It was both our birthdays. I wanted a clown party. She wanted a superhero party. So we had both and I came as a chicken. The walls were decked with our paintings and our friends DJ'd and so did Kim. The party went all night.
Maxine the sculptor was, and still is, in the same class as Kim at art college. I sprayed Maxine's full white knickerbocker in a full robotic airbrush painting and she wore it at the party.
Since then we have had 3 more themed parties and if Kim is not DJing then she is the official photographer.
